有意者请发邮件到joyce.hu@carestream.com Position Title:PMO Manager Career Stage Management (Non-Executive) Position Type .Regular Position Description and Required Skills: PMO Manager GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY This position is responsible for the supervision of a team of Project Managers in Shanghai and driving a culture of project and program management excellence in alignment with the X-Ray Solutions (XRS) Global Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO Manager will be accountable for performing all supervisory responsibility for the team. In addition, he/she will be assigned to be a project manager for projects and/or PMO continuous improvement initiatives. In this area of assignment, PMO Manager will need to ensure his/her assigned projects are successfully executed and He/she will be the single point of contact for all matters related to the project, interfacing with all areas of the business impacted by the project and its deliverables. This position is responsible for monitoring project execution and delivery progress on all Shanghai R&D projects to ensure projects will deliver a successful business outcome and return on investment. Specific Responsibilities include: PMO Management: Leads and supervises team of Project Managers. Perform all supervisory responsibilities including goal setting, development planning, performance review/management, coaching, etc. Onboard new project managers Report project metrics that make it clear to the organization whether a project team is on track or in need of additional support. Metrics categories include Cost, Schedule, Risk, etc. Ensures PMs are following standard PM process and methodology for XRS projects and are aligned to the Global XRS PMO Monitors and reports on compliance to adopted PMO policies, processes, and procedures Ensures assigned project goals and objectives are achieved within the project timeframe, scope, costs and quality guidelines established by the relevant stakeholders and management team Promotes industry-recognized project and program management standards Serves as subject-matter expert in Project Management knowledge areas Contributes to the prioritization and execution of the Global PMO Initiatives and continuous improvement Ensure the growth and success of project managers under his/her supervision by providing mentoring and training in the established processes, policies, and procedures as well as PM tools and templates. Project Management: Develops and manages project and program scope in a matrix organization structure, utilizing input from all functional areas including Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Legal, Regulatory, and Service; Leverages functional managers to create a project team with the most effective skill set; Identifies and understands the key stakeholders to the project along with their respective expectations; Creates and manages the project budget in accordance with the business’ financial objectives; Develops the project schedule through working with the project team to establish task durations and dependencies among tasks; Defines the critical path and ensures phase gate deliverables are identified and planned; Monitors progress on schedule, budget and technical output; Facilitates problem solving exercises to assure the integrity of key project deliverables, when needed; Enforces program commitments through engaging the project team to meet the objectives set forth; Evaluates change requests and works with the project team to determine the impact of the change; Facilitates communications to key stakeholder and conducts project gate reviews and business team meetings as appropriate; Proactively identifies and manages project risk; Fosters teamwork through maintaining an environment of openness and trust. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful candidate must have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred 3+ years of experience managing project managers 10+ years of project management experience Proven success managing projects commercializing electromechanical systems controlled by embedded firmware and application software; Experience managing projects in a regulated environment (e.g., medical, aeronautics, nuclear); Strong English and Mandarin Chinese verbal skills, both written and spoken; OTHER NECESSARY ATTRIBUTES The successful candidate must have: Management skills including coaching, goal setting and empowering employees Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in addition to proven experience negotiating, managing change, goal setting, planning and organizing, teamwork, addressing difficult situations and understanding technical information; Strong financial management skills to manage project budgets; The ability to exude managerial courage through confidently managing risks and making decisions that will likely have a large impact on organizational objectives; The ability to manage matrixed and multi-site teams comprised of individuals with culturally-diverse backgrounds including Hardware, Software, Regulatory, Operations, Quality, Service and Marketing; The ability to interact effectively with Product Line Management and Marketing to ensure that project scope and requirements are clearly defined and realistic and must possess the communication and personal skills required to resolve ambiguous and conflicting requirements; Leadership skills and personal strength to protect programs from unsubstantial change request while ensuring project focus remains in place; Proven experience providing leadership to core team members and providing feedback to functional leaders regarding team performance; Negotiating and conflict resolution skills to drive consensus among team/functional leaders in accomplishing project and business goals; The focus on fostering continuous improvement in the organization’s ability to execute projects, throughout the phase based product development process. DESIRED MS in Engineering and/or MBA; Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP); Prior experience managing complex medical device projects from concept to successful launch within a FDA regulated environment; and/or Experience with digital x-ray equipment technology and imaging science.
