Position Title:Project Manager
Location：Suzhou
Report to: Department Manager

Job Summary
The role of a project manager in BB Suzhou Company is to handle company’s projects and look after them from NPI till to hand over to operational. The main aim of this profession is to ensure the projects successful.

Principle Responsibilities
§Handling a project and ensuring its success
§Set up project plan, identify all project milestone and activities, and update the project plan regularly.
§Forming a team and assigning work to them
§Make sure the project which he/she is handling will successfully get completed at given time and limited resources within expected budget
§Make sure all the team members are working properly and reaching their daily targets.
§Giving feedbacks to the team members on their performance
§Get in regular contact with clients and staff members.
§Conducting meeting and helping the team members in acquiring more knowledge on how to complete the given task or target perfectly.
§Maintaining all the project files and reports in an appropriate manner
§Discussing with company manager regarding particular projects.
§If any changes in the project work then it is the responsibility of the project manager to update all the team members about the changes.
§Other tasks assigned by direct report manager

Qualifications & Experience
The project manager profession has great demand in business world in fact he/she plays the key role in running business successfully. Below mentioned are the requirements which every person applying for this profession need to have.
§Having bachelor’s degree
§PMP Certificate is preferred
§At least 3 years’ working experience in project manager management, especially multi-Project Management
§Be capable of managing team and Decision making
§Good communicational and written skills in English.
§Excellent business management skills
§A mature individual who is result-oriented, aggressive, committed and pro-active with good leadership qualities.
